Terms and Conditions

Note that all orders are subject to these terms and conditions and that before completing an order, all users must read and agree to the set conditions.  

Orders from some areas such as Scotland, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland or the Channel Islands are subject to an extra delivery charge on the part of carriers and, should such an extra fee be required, the customer will be notified by email in order to obtain permission to credit the card for the extra amount.  

Delivery:  

Upon delivery the packages must be carefully inspected by the receiver and, should a package arrive damaged, the person receiving it must sign for it as damaged. Claims of damaged products can be placed via email no longer than 24 hours after the package has been signed for.  

Returns Policy:  

Carpets cannot be returned within 7 days because they are customized, being cut a certain size from a roll cannot be resold.  

Privacy Policy:

As per the regulations stipulated in the Data Protection Act, all the personal information you provide upon ordering will only be used with the purpose of processing the order and shall not be used in any other way by our company nor given to any third party.  

Information about credit/debit cards are not stored in our servers as they are processed through an encrypted program and sent to the bank for authorization.
